Anna Chavez graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2023. She holds a BFA in Animation, with emphasis in Storytelling and Concept Design, and minored in Sequential Art.

Anna co-directed the unveiling of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles historical marker in Dover, NH, with Griffin “The” Hansen. She was a featured “shellebrity” at the 40th anniversary Portsmouth Mini Con, creating an exclusive TMNT cover for the event. Anna has been an art director on several short animated films, and is the co-creator of the indie comic Weird Things Happen in Derby Domain.

 

Anna is native to Reno, NV, enjoys road trips through Oregon, and is looking forward to her next crochet project. When she isn’t drawing, Anna finds inspiration in spending time with her family, and listening to good music with good friends. Though, her favorite pastime is dancing around the house when no one is home.
